I have been for using my new iphone 6 plus for about a week. I use the top right hand button to turn off the screen as usual. After 15 minutues, when I press the HOME button and try to use my phone again, it has absolutely no response. I tried Press & Hold the top right hand button.... no response. Ttry connecting it to the USB for charging.... no response. Try connecting it to my iTune... no response. How can I turn on the phone again? What is the possible cause? Is there a problem with the battery?
