Q: Why won't iMac play music on iWeb page?

I have a website that I've added pages to.    iMac will not play the music that I have on "autoplay" on the new pages.    The music will play on both my MacBook Pros but not my iMac.   

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

    Have you checked your Safari preferences on your iMac to see if you have blocked plugins from loading? Under the 'Advanced' tab in Safari's preferences is an option to disable plugins to save power.

     

    Also, please consider your website visitors when using an auto play for your music. Imagine someone in a quiet area who loads up your webs page and has to hear your music, disturbing everyone else around them. It doesn't create a very good user experience.
