Iomega Disk Drive

What Interface does it use?

I never needed the iOmega SW, I used ... geesh, drawing a blank right now. 😟

Check with Lenovo, they took over Iomega. Didn't you have to have a SCSI interface?

I have an iomega zip250 drive from WAAAY back.

ME = OS X Tiger on a Pismo PB....

1. I searched Spotlight for " iomega " = lotsa stuff present, so I must have installed it from somewhere?
2. I THINK the software came on a ZIPdisk bundled with the drive, but like BDAqua (howdy BD!!), I can't remember stuff anymore and I have moved all my stuff too many times and not cared about the ZIPdisk much to lay hands on them all easily.
3. I powered it and plugged it in
4. Had a ZIPdisk in it
5. mounted right up and contents - a ZIPped archive - opened right up => unarchived
6. The " iomega Tools.app " opens up, but lacks something somewhere to find the drive that seems fine mounting in the Finder (not necessary to play the disk, obviously)

It is USB. If yours is too, plug it in and see what happens??

UNLESS, you mean you have a ZIPdisk with no drive to play it on?
