Safari Failing to Open Web Pages

Hello,

I own an iPhone 5c running iOS 8.3.

I noticed a while ago that when browsing the internet with Safari, many of the websites I tried to visit would fail to load with a message saying too many redirects.

I found that if I allowed cookies this would resolve that issue (Although I'd rather not allow cookies).

Even if I allow cookies though, some websites fail to load with a message saying "Safari cannot open the page because it could not load any data." In order for me to get around this I have to close the tab, open a new tab and then open the website again.

What is problem here? Why am I being forced to allow cookies in order to prevent Safari from failing to open a site and why am I having to open a new tab to navigate to webpages?

This is an issue that has come out of the blue after a long while of internet browsing without me ever changing any settings.

Hope someone can shed some light on this matter.

Thanks!

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3, null

That really doesn't mention that websites simply won't work without allowing cookies.

If this was an issue with websites blocking access due to not allowing cookies, this issue would have slowly unfolded one website at a time. As it stands, suddenly I find myself unable to access a variety of websites all at once.

And what about the issue with having to open up a new tab and a fresh instance of a website to get it to display?

The fact that all this began happening at the same time makes me think its a browser issue and not a website issue.
