and also consider a clean new installation of the OS X using the instructions in Recovery.

Do you have a backup of the system from before this trouble? If so, you could use it and
restore your files from the backup, such as a Time Machine archive would allow.
You could try and start up in Safe mode, to see if the issue goes away, or at least temporarily
is gone so you could attempt to find the problem and remove it...

Is your Mac a new model MacBook 12-inch with Retina display from early 2015?
Please offer more details about the computer model, build year, running OS X, etc.
Did you download and install software from anywhere outside of the App Store? If so, what?
Hopefully a new installation of system software, with use of backup from Time Machine before
this incident, will help resolve the matter. You really don't say much about the situation.
There are several items that may be affecting your computer, that could have been downloaded
in the process of attempting to get something else online, including torrent and other file sharing
of corrupt or doctored software that could have been altered with Adware or malware content.

with them may be helpful in discovering what has happened in your Mac, and how to remove it.
Not knowing what you have encountered (or installed by accident or design) does not help.
