Q: Iphone5 back up failed...any advice? Thanks!

I've updated Itunes to the newest version and have repeatedly tried to back up my Iphone5. When I click on restore, it initially states last back up done at, for example 3:18 - which was the correct time. So I assume back up was successful. Then an error message appears stating that unable to Restore, because Back up failed. I need to complete this step to unlock my device. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Nine times out of ten it's Windows security software that blocks an iOS backup. Try disabling your a/v software and try again.
