How can I get my iPod 5 to consistently take photos that are 2MB+?

The graphic designer at my company can't use anything smaller than 2MB. How can I get my iPod to take photos this size so she can use them?

I understand that when I email a photo to someone I can choose the highest/original resolution, but that doesn't help if the original photo is under 2MB. I want to be able to always have the option of at least 2MB for every photo. How can I ensure this?

Many thanks!

iPod touch, iOS 8.3

Import the photos to your computer

iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer

Note the the iPod, like a lot of devices, process/export in jpg format. pg is a compressed format and if there is little detail like a lot of blue sky the image swill be compressed and could likely be less than 2 MB. That is how devices that process/export in jpg format work.

Thus, make sure that all photos have a lot of detail everywhere so there is little compression.
