How can I resolve this problem on my computer, windows 7?

iTunes was not installed correctly. Please re install iTunes.

Hello mrbrown18,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see you are getting a windows error 127 when trying to use iTunes. This is often a result of the installation being affected and is the same as an iTunes error 7. With that in mind, the following article provides some troubleshooting to resolve that error.
