I found a graphic that I'm going to make a decal out of. I saved to photos on my iMac. I also just "copied image" from the original and just pasted it into notes so I can print it off on decal paper. however, it's just a little too big, how do I make it smaller. Text is easy to
make smaller, but I I can't figure out how to do it with the the image.

Smaller file size?
or
Smaller photo pixel dimensions?
Both are done during export - file size using the compression (quality) settings - pixel dimensions using the ams dimension setting

If you want to print a smaller version on some special paper just select a custom size in iPhoto's print layout window. If you reduce the number of pixels in the image you'll reduce the print quality when printed.
Thanks guys. It's just a very simple drawing of a donkey. Almost like a Southpark figure, the resolution loss in pixels is not even a consideration because in going to retouch it with a Sharpie, and then spray clear nitro over it to seal the ink.
