IF anyone can help it stop saying "Unable to complete Touch ID Setup. Please go back and try again." Please step forward.

I see where you are unable to set up the Touch ID on your iPhone. The following article is useful to make sure that you are not missing any of the steps and then at the bottom are some troubleshooting steps to take if you continue to have trouble.
