Ive got a new iPhone.the App Store is not starting up without giving my credit card details. I don't have a credit card. What should I do to start the App Store?

Tthere is an option for setting up an Apple ID / store account without a credit card. You have to follow the directions carefully.
If you are under the age of 13, there are olso other options available.
