After iMovie froze and I had to reboot, all my videos show as missing files now. How do I fix the issue?

I was working on a project in iMovie and was tweaking some videos when the system froze and I had to reboot my PC. After doing so all my videos now show missing file and I cannot figure out how to recover the video I created.
