Q: No Audio in Event Browser for Certain Audio Files

Hello. I have recently encountered a problem where some of my audio files will not play in the event browser. In order to hear them I have to append them to the story line. This is frustrating since I'm not able to set in and out points before appending to the story line. The files presenting the problem are .WAV files from a TASCAM Dr40 recorder. I've never had this problem until recently. Any thoughts?
