My Iphone4s won't turn on, connect to any USB cable, or charge. I have very very important photos on there that I need. They were not backed up on icloud or itunes. Is there a memory card or something that the photos were stored on? Help ASAP please!!!

Have you tried holding down the home & power buttons for around 30-60 seconds?
I have but nothing happens 😟. I am not worried about the phone itself as I already have got a new one.
You may want to take a wooden toothpick and try cleaning out the charging port. You would not believe the lint and gunk that gets packed in there that you can't even see that can prevent the charger from connecting and charging it. Then leave the phone on the charger for a good while before trying the phone again. When you get your photos off and get your new phone set up, be sure to set up a backup plan so that you don't get in this situation again. Apple provides two ways to back up your data for free so that you're not in danger of losing your stuff - be sure to take advantage of this. 🙂
