Guided access screen mark
When I activate guided access in IOS my screen shows a big mark through it.
This mark is grey in colour and resembles a large cut but as soon as guided access is turned off this disappears.

Hello Reckonankit,
I already have guided access setup on my device.
The issue is as mentioned that when i triple click my home button to turn guided access on instantly the screen shows a big wide grey line in the middle of the screen. As soon as I turn off guided access it disappears.
We had the same issue which we've just resolved thanks to your post grantfromlisarow. Thank you!
Hey, grantfromlisarow
Guided access screen mark show that your child can use ipad in easy way
Following these steps you can Enable properly guided access screen mark
Now if you want to disable it follow these steps properly
It sounds like the screen mask where you disable parts of the screen. Are there four small dots (handels) you can use to control the size of the mark ? If so pusk all the dots together then tap them. I tried to get a screen shot but it wouldn't copy.
Below is the section from the User Guide that I think you need.
“Disable app controls and areas of the app screen: Draw a circle or rectangle around any part of the screen you want to disable. Drag the mask into position or use the handles to adjust it’s size.”
