Questions on Mathtype and Endnote
1. How do I number the Mathtype equation on the right side?
2. How do I format the Endnote insertion as "Author (Year)" format?

Open MathType Help and search for numbering. Find and read this topic: Equation Numbering in Microsoft Word. Note this pertains only to Word. There's no automatic way to number equations in other software, like Pages.
