Can you permanently link certain bluetooth devices to certain computers?

I sit in an area with six to seven iMac and MacBook computers all of which have bluetooth keyboards and either a magic mouse or trackpad. Sometimes we have issues with mice or keyboards connecting to the wrong computers. Is there a way to set permissions or make a permanent link between certain computers and bluetooth devices?
