Problem with synchronization iTunes

Hi.
I've got a problem, my wifi do not work so i need to install my programs by iTunes - but im getting this kind of error.

"you can not synchronize because your computer is not authorized to operate the purchased materials Someone can be found in the iPhone.
To authorize this computer ...."
Best thing is that i clicked auhorize this computer (few times from now) and it doesn't help.

Any ideas?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

It sounds like your iTunes program is repeatedly prompting you to authorize your computer. There are a few reasons that this might occur and steps to resolve each of them are outlined in the following Knowledge Base article:
