When I enable the clock to appear when the screensaver is running the time it displays is consistently 20 - 30 minutes off the time displayed on the system clock in the menu bar. Anyone else seen this?

If you are using a 3rd party screensaver, check its preferences and/or contact the vendor.
I am not but it's a good suggestion to look to see what add-ons I might have on there that could affect it.
Try going to System Preferences and uncheck the clock option. Log out/in then go back and check the option.
Did that, and even did re-start. it still freezes, curiously always at 08 minutes, but different hours.
Is this happening w/all of your screensavers or just one? If the latter, which one?
Open up a test account to see if the problem appears there. This is to rule out a system wide problem.
