why won't my music app play music without wifi?

Ive got the same problem again, iPhone 7 plus

Won't load unless I'm connected to wifi,

Ive gone into mobile data and allowed it, also gone into iTunes settings allowed it and also gone into Apple Music app settings and allowed it. Am I missing something?

It sounds like you haven't downloaded your purchased music using iTunes in the Cloud.

I have the same problem.

That youtube video doesn't solve this same issue for me. I still get a message saying "The internet connection appears to be offline."

Found it.

There's one more step to enable this.

Go to Settings/Cellular, then scroll down to Music, turn button on.
