I using Apple ID for iCloud and anther Appel ID for preaching which is belong to my friend so now I want to use only one Apple ID for both as I can't remove the one who's belong to my friend.

You shouldn't be using your friend's Apple ID for whatever purposes.

Thou shall not steal.

Anyway, content from one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.

Delete all content that has your friend's Apple ID and repurchase under your Apple ID.
