ibook pdf sync with iPhone without iTunes

Is it not possible to sync pdfs those are stored in my Mac iBooks with my iPhone iBooks without using iTunes? It's really hectic and painful to find pdfs in the iTunes to sync with my iPhone?

If it's not there yet, I wonder why??
