iTunes 12 does not import OPML files

Question

iTunes 12 does not import OPML files

I am trying to import my podcasts in OPML format (exported from Pocket Casts) and iTunes 12.1.2.27 is not importing them. It also gives no error message or indication that anything is being done.

From the podcasts section of itunes I go to File > Library > Import Playlist...

Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.1)

Hi!

I had the same problem with iTunes 12. Did you try to manually use "Open With...". I opened the .opml file with iTunes and it then asked whether or not I'd like to import x number of podcasts.
