Q: Bluetooth didn't work

My mac said Bluetooth is not avaialbe..I can't do anything with this..Please help me fix this problem. thank you

System Preferences > Bluetooth > Turn Bluetooth On

I can't turn on Bluetooth.. Such as my Bluetooth didn't work anymore.
