Apr 14, 2016 1:50 PM in response to braden85by charmisq,Hi Braden85 my son has an Ipad air 2 for school and yesterday he was working on it at school when one of the students pressed the shutdown button. Well since then the screen has gone white with the black apple logo showing. After a while the screen starts flashing not very fast but every 2 mins or so. I have tried everything i have read on these discussions, hard reset, power button plus home button. I have tried to restore this and it starts to work until the Ipad connection gets broken off when connected with Itunes. I tried to restore it twice and it has failed. Anyone out there has had this problem please let me know if you have a solution. Oh i also let the battery drain out completely but the moment i connected the power cable to it, the white screen with the black apple logo popped up. Thanks Charles from New Zealand
