Any possible help with i could?

Hello ive asked for help before but after a bit nothing worked

My step aunti set up my little sisters iphone 5 and used her icloud she forgot everything to do with passwords to her email and icliud everything to reset it she couldent get passed it.

Now heres the problem my phone broke to my sister gave me hers

my auntie cant help me because she lives in Saudi arabia and i live in the UK....

i went to an apple store and they said i had to ring up but every time i tried the answer mashine said i have to pay to get help, Now if i could afford to pay i would buy a new phone :/

is there any way atall around icloud im really fed up of it 😟
