Trouble submitting a podcast

I had to remove my podcast from itunes and did that. Now I try to resubmit it and keep getting "The feed has already been submitted"

Yet the podcast is not in itunes.

The response from apple was to change the title and link fields of the podcast. Where do I do that? and how will that help as I still have to submit my RSS feed which should not change, right? What am I missing here? Below is the feed I'm trying to submit.

I was in itunes before with the title Just the Tip.

You've fallen over a long-standing bug in the automated part of the submissions process whereby you are told a feed has already been submitted even if it was subsequently rejected or removed. I do wish they'd sort this out, it causes a lot of trouble.

You've created your podcast in Blubrry Powerpress and I can't advise specifically on that - they have a forum at http://forum.blubrry.com where you could ask for advice.

To get round the bug you need to change the title, currently 'Just the Tip' to something else - you could add 'Podcast' on the end. You can always change it back once it's been accepted. The 'link' tag is to http://www.justthetipguys.com and if you can change that - perhaps to the URL for your latest episode - it would help; again you can change it back once accepted.

Once thing you should look into - at the moment your server is responding very slowly - 10 to 15 seconds to load a page or the feed - and this is likely to cause the Store to timeout and claim it can't read the feed.
