Q: Why this function no longer works?

In UAE, Mac & iPad calls via iPhone were working well until the latest update came, which stops all the joy, it's simply not working and there is no function to enable it!

how can we make it works?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), iOS 8.3
