bluetooth headsets connection

I have 4 headsets (not Apple). All are paired and recognised by my iphone 5 which has the latest iOS installed. When I play music from the iphone the music only comes out of one headset not all 4. Does anyone know if this is possible. I would like the music to play through all 4 headsets simultaneously. Thanks
