Apple Watch stuck on the Apple Logo

Have you tried restarting the watch (hold in button until able to power off, or hold down button and crown to force restart if necessary) or even resetting it if the restart doesn’t help (My Watch > General > Reset)

I Missed the countdown dial on the watch and didn't realise it was stuck on setting up. This may well be a networking issue, have you tried restarting the phone.

be patient, keep restarting it (Power + Crown) till the apple logo disappear and then appear again.

do it as many as needed till it comes back

I've had to restart my watch a few times now for different reasons. The first time I tried it it took a LONG time for anything to happen! I'm talking nearly 10 minutes. i thought it had frozen. But it did eventually spring back to life. Just hit both buttons and leave it for at least this long before you take it to your nearest Apple Store.

I just bought a Watch and had the same issue. It took overnight ⚠ to sync, believe it or not. Then the watch would lock up permanently regardless of whether my iPhone was locked or not. In addition it slowed down my phone to a crawl, sometimes hanging it up connecting. I have a very fast wifi connection and the phone and watch were right next to each other. I actually set up the watch three times and every time the same thing happened. I also opted to not install all apps at the initial synch but "decide later", still bad. I am returning the watch, had enough. Doesn't feel like good ole Apple....

You might have a networking problem, try somewhere else.
