Remote Desktop Client Update 3.8.4

I have a question regarding the Remote Desktop Client Update 3.8.4 that keeps appearing as one I need to download from the App Store. I am running OS X Yosemite on my iMac. I don't use Remote Desktop and never purchased it. Also, when I search my files, it does not show up as being installed, and I don't have file sharing enabled on my Mac. Is there a way to hide this update so that it doesn't show up? Thanks for any suggestions or help you can give me.
