NEW IPHONE IS STUCK AT 'ENABLE LOCATION SERVICES' AND HINTS/HELP?

Press Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and hold them for at least 10 seconds. After that, turn your device back on.

Also update software over your WiFi to 8.3
