Q: Resound Enzo

I Have the resound Enzo and was trying to find out why the IPhone doesn't send a signal the the hearing aid when the phone rings.

Most bluetooth product send a signal to the aids. My audio department at the VA called resound today and they said this is an Apple issue

and they need to fix it. Can anyone tell me if they have this same issue?

    I wouldn't call it "an Apple issue."

     

    There are two kinds of Bluetooth connections. That used by 'made for iPhone' hearing aids is a Low Power Bluetooth. The phone won't provide the ring tone to the hearing aid. It's nothing that's broken, it just doesn't work that way.
