Q: problems with my mac desk top

im having problems with one of my log in accounts on my computer it won't show any icons like it used to. so i made a new account but i want to carry all my documents and all my music from my itunes to my new log in account. can any one help me please.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/ as the path, double-click its home folder, locate those items, and drag them to the corresponding locations in your new account's home folder. If you encounter a folder with a red circle before being able to navigate to them, drag that to the desktop, open it from there, and proceed as above.
