Hello. I would like to save the ISPW in the folder (as decribed above) locally so that we do not need to download iOS 8.3 every time we want to supervise our 30 iPads.
Problem is, I'm not sure where to find the ISPW file in order to put it in the folder. Help! I'm sure this is something very simple but we are struggling to figure it out.

You would get into itunes and download the file.
A related way would be to use the cache server.
