How to remove the SIM card from my iPhone 4 without the sim tray on the side?
My iPhone 4 does not have a sim card tray! How do I change it out?

You don't. If you have an iPhone 4 without a SIM slot, that means it's a Verizon or Sprint phone. It's CDMA only. It does not have a SIM. It can only be used on the carrier it was sold for.
