iTunes 12 syncing to iPhone 4s - I do not get an option to sync music. I have a check box for voice memos but nothing else.

I'm trying to sync certain playlists to my iPhone 4s. The phone shows up in iTunes and under settings I have the usual - summary, apps, music, movies, etc.

When I click on the Music setting the only syncing option I have is for voice memos. I'm looking for the sync library with the option of choosing "checked playlists only", but it's nowhere to be found. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution?
