Click "Get" in App Store, nothing happens

Click "Get" in App Store, nothing happens

I have disabled restrictions, allow to download apps, but anytime I click "Get" on a free app(game) it says install, then I enter Apple ID password and the circle spins like it's downloading and then turns right back into a GET button. The app never downloads and is an endless circle every time I try to click GET

tried

- disabling restrictions

- restarting device and app store

- allow downloads

- allow apps / in app purchases

ipad 2, 2013 is up to date with latest iOS 8.3

help?

Try signing out of the App Store then signing back in.

Settings->iTunes & App Store-> Apple ID -> sign out, then sign back in.

Also, have you checked to make sure you have enough memory to download the app you are trying to get?
