How to stop recording driving a car as Move by Activity

The other day I was a "chauffeur" for my family. I spent the day mostly driving and waiting for them. Except for a short walk to the Apple Store , I did almost did no walking. The watch/activity recorded far more than an active day. I guess moving the steering wheel and moving in the car took it as moving. Since this happened, I've notifed it happens a lot. Besides taking off the watch, what can I do?

When you restore Apple Watch from a backup (unpairing / re-pairing), you lose calibration data - so that process should ideally be repeated.

Some data and settings are excluded from the restore process: calibration data (from Workout and Activity apps), synced playlists, cards used for Apple Pay on your watch, watch passcode.

I have calibrated it in the past, and it did not help much.. On this last trip, I unpaired it, and restored it. The link said it would be lost, but I hoped restoring would work. I went on the international trip without my company's iPhone.

I didn't think it is a calibration problem since it's accurate except in a moving vehicle.

thanks.
