imovie colour adjusments lost in final cut pro x update
I recently updated my Final Cut to 10.2, but I can no longer copy and paste colour effects that I have exported from imovie? Does anyone know another way I can do this?
I don't use iMovie, but did a little test and confirm that the "iMovie Color Effect" does not appear as an option for Paste Attributes. This probably has to do with the way Color is now treated as an effect in FCP X. I don't think there is a way around this, if you want to go through iMovie. But unless you have any prement reason for doing color work in iMovie instead, I'd suggest you do the color work in FCP X instead.
