iPHONE 6 PLUS - ICLOUD PASSWORD FORGOTTEN - HELP!

Hi guys, alright so my mother recently has stumbled across an enormous issue.

The issue is that not only has she forgotten her Apple ID/iCloud password for her iPhone 6 Plus, but that she has forgotten the email password for the hotmail account she set it up with. I'm sure the majority of you would suggest to enter the security questions in order to unlock one/both of the respective accounts- however those answers, she, too, has forgotten.

As of now she has survived without knowing her iCloud password, however recently the fundamental 'calling' option for some reason has become redundant and is not working (along with a couple other features). Thus by virtue, a restore is necessary to clean up the software- however the issue arises from here as she is not able to authenticate the phone as she has, again, forgotten the password!

Please respond ASAP, as she requires her phone urgently and as of now we're unaware of any solution to this issue. Thank you.
