I tried to downgrade my iphone from ios 7.1.2 to ios 6.1.3. Everything was going good but then my phone shut off and It wont turn back on. I tried holding the home and seep button, it didnt work. I also tried to charge it for hours and connect to ITunes. nothing seems to work. does anybody know anymore solutions?

Sorry, but downgrading is not supported by Apple. Your only chance might be to connect in recovery mode, explained in this article:
Recovery mode might do the job.
steps to do so:
1. Turn of you iphone
2. Hold down and KEEP holdning homebutton mean while you insert the cable to you phone
3. Keep holdning home button until you see an itune symbol and a charger symbol on you iphone then release.
4. Itunes will get a error message and you will from there be able to choose restore or update. If that dosent work the phone sounds pretty dead :/
