Q: Watch only receives notifications with wrist detection off!
Watch worked fine for one day and now I had to set wrist detection off on the iphone app to have watch receiving notifications. It's strange because both gets them. First, phone notifies and after about 2 seconds so the watch. This is very frustrating for me. Anyone else with this issue?

Hello there, SergioRJ.
It sounds as if you were experiencing a delay between notifications on your iPhone and your Apple Watch. When you see unexpected behavior from your watch, one practical step is mentioned in this Knowledge Base article:
Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Restart your Apple Watch
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device completely.
- After you turn off your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
Force restart your Apple Watch
You should force restart your device as a last resort and only if it's not responding. To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
There is also some great, practical information about Notifications on the Apple Watch found here:

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
Cheers,
