Q: email not working consistently on iPhone 6 bought last week
I just upgraded from the 4S to 6. I set up my 3 email accounts just as I did on the 4S and all worked well initially. Since then every few days, my Gmail and Cloud accounts don't push through.
I first noticed that I didn't receive emails for hours which is unusual. Then when I try to read previously sent emails, it would be the spinning circles forever. At first I tried to delete the accounts but the screen would be "deleting account", again forever. I had to reset the phone by pressing the main button and the side button until the phone reset. Then all the accounts would be reset and I wouldn't have to delete any email account.
This happens with regularity every few days or so and will drive me crazy if it cant be resolved.
