Is there a strap for the iPhone

I recently bought myself an iPod touch fifth-generation and it has a nifty little device on the back where you can attach a wrist strap. I'm hopefully going to be getting an iPhone soon, however I need something that I can hold the phone securely because I am disabled and don't have good hand movement. It seems that Apple are rather falling behind when it comes to technology for the disabled.

Hi Fox, now searching for "iPhone case with strap" is something I hadn't thought of :-) joking aside, I've done that a long time ago, that doesn't really bring up any helpful results whatsoever because basically there aren't any available as far as I can find.

To be honest, I think I was probably trying to make things a little bit too complicated. There are a lot of universal flexible arms on the market that will take not only iPods, but iPhones and iPads as well. They have a fairly strong crocodile grip on one end so you can clamp it to your desktop, bracket on a wheelchair, anything really. So I think I'll get hold of one of these and see how it works, I'm sure it will suit my needs just fine.

But thank you to everyone for your suggestions
