error 2 (windows error 2) iTunes

Hello, I have recently installed the iTunes 12.1.2.27 update on my computer and it was working fine. However, recently I've had to fix my computer because it gets the notorious "black screen of death" my computer works fine-ish, but when I try to start iTunes it gives me this:

"Apple Application Support was not found"

"Apple Application support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again."

"Error 2 (Windows error 2)"

Naturally I did attempt to do what it told me, but when I tried uninstalling it Windows gave me this:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

"Click OK or try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "iTunes64.msi" in the box below."

The source it was using is: C:\Users\Admin1\AppData\Local\Apple\Apple Software Update\

However I have used WinRAR and tried to "Extract to iTunes64Setup\"

I was able to extract the files and do the installation process with "iTunes64.msi", but still no luck, and I still can't uninstall iTunes (same exact error message)

When I was given the:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

"Click OK or try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "iTunes64.msi" in the box below."

I tried to use the sources: "C:\Users\Admin1\Downloads\iTunes64Setup" AND "C:\Users\Admin1\Downloads\iTunes64Setup\iTunes64.msi"

But still no dice

Anyone have a fix to this problem?

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. See the notes below the box regarding components that cannot be uninstalled.

The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.

Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
