I got my Ipad mini for my birthday🙂 then 3 days later it starts going to the apple logo then shutting off😢 i restored it then it worked "Finally" 🙂then an hour later it starts shutting off and on by it's self😢 i restored it again then it worked for a day then it starts to go to the apple logo then shutting off AGAIN😠. At this point I don't know what to do.😕 HELP ME PLEASE

Two possibilities at this point:
1.) Software issue (assuming you restored your device's data from a backup after you performed the software restore)
2.) Hardware issue
Backup your data and then set your device up as new (DO NOT restore your data to the device until you test it): How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups - Apple Support
-- If the iPad works after being setup as new, then the issue is with something in your data. Install only what you need to avoid reintroducing the issue.

After your helpful answer I restored it again but now my Ipad is not charging and it keep turning off and on what should I Do now.i can't my ipad mini to apple because one i'm only fourteen and my parents are very busy. 😕
If it's still turning off by itself after setting it up as new (and not restoring any data to it), the issue is hardware in nature. Give Apple a call Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.
You don't have to be 18 to contact the company 🙂
