i I forget my security questions answer of my apple id
how can I change my answers?
please help me because I can't buy anything on Apple Store

Use the form and include a note that you're in Iran. Note that since there's no iTunes Store for Iran, you won't be able to make any iTunes Store purchases anyway.

yesterday I told you I forget my security questions answers, I'm in IRAN and I this country isn't in your list , so I can't give you my number for youR call because this country phone code isn't in your list..
in Apple ID manag/ security questions , there is no Link about "forget answers" or somethin...
so please help me for this case , I can't buy anything whit this iPad and I dont know what can I do more this

Nobody on these boards can take your number or otherwise arrange for your security questions to be reset. You need to contact Apple instead of posting here.
Note that if you do manage to get the questions reset, you still won't be able to buy anything(there's no iTunes Store in Iran), so if you can't easily reach Apple, it's better to give up.
