How do I get ICloud to veryify my account.

I have the ID and password correct and can sign in to Icloud but it will not let me do anything because it says my account is not verified. It says "look in your email" but there is nothing there. Yet when I sign in to Apple ID managment it says my email IS verified. How do I get ICloud to send another verification email to me?
