how to reset ipad without internet access and Casper MDM

Hi all be nice 1st post.

We have just got our new MDM which is Casper and im doing some testing but........

my test ipad has a global proxy set which cant get to the internet, and i cant remove it from the ipad, also in the JSS it has now moved my ipad to Remaining under its configuration profile and since its no longer accessing the internet i cant change any settings on it or apply any other settings via the JSS plus i cant contact apple to sign into my apple id to erase all content and settings?

Question is how do i a) reset it then

B) remove the casper profiles

Hi scott800,

Sounds like you may need to restore the device.... this will wipe everything, but since its a test iPad I'm guessing that's okay. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all contents and settings. When it starts back up you can re-enroll back into Casper via DEP, MDM enrollment page, or via Apple Configurator with an enrollment profile.
